Breathing half a breath, living half a life. Training half asleep and racing half awake.
Traumatised by what was, frightened by what might be, afraid of a failure that you are already experiencing.
The beauty of this process is lost in a vacuum of trying to get away from this moment into the next where it’s fitter, faster, stronger and more fulfilling.
But it never comes and as you train and race below par, resentment becomes the living death of the experience you could be living right now.
Living in what could be, or what should be, instead of focusing on where you are.
Living with resentment rather than gratitude. Stay then with the amazing fact that you are even able to do this.

Waiting at a station, the bus to success never pulls into.
What will be, is shaped by your focus, your intention and your attention.
The next moment is created by the energy we are bringing right here.
That’s your responsibility, no one else’s: so, come back here to your experience, to your love, to your passion and to your fun.
Yea, of course, if you are not focusing here and seeing the beauty of right now, you won’t see it tomorrow either and fuck all changes.
That’s a self-fulfilling prophecy of stuckness.
Forget being focused tomorrow when you think you’ll be stronger. Be focused now on whatever state you are in, and you will cease feeling stuck.
Live your life of richness now. That will inform tomorrow and strength and progress will follow you all the days of your life.
You don’t need to be at the zenith of strength now to live in the strength of your focus.
The richness of any experience is in the living of it. It’s got not one damn thing to do with how strong you are now.
Progress is a flow of attention and intention that you bring nowhere else but right here.
Don’t go waiting for the bus of tomorrow that never comes.
Life waits for no man. Be alive now and act accordingly.
