There is a metronome inside all of us. So we have to tune our body like you would tune a guitar. So you can play the music.
Find rhythm, avoid chaos.
Rhythm expresses your internal energy, emotions and connection to the present moment. It’s about tuning in to your body, breath, your heartbeat and letting that guide you naturally.
We call this instinct. Rhythm invites flow.
When you are aligned to that inner rhythm, it meets authenticity and becomes effortless. You are meeting nature with the natural. So many of us are in chaos because we have farmed this out to technology.
Disconnected from instinct, flow and rhythm, we become lost in analysis and overthinking. The natural becomes mechanical, and we move with our mind rather than our instincts. If you can’t trust the internal timing, you’ll give way to a mechanical heart that has a watch doing your pacing and strategising your every move.
You’ll engage reality with mechanical movement made of an external input. That’s chaos man. That’s not embodiment, that’s embrainment….
Flow rises from your feet to your heart, urging your mind to surrender and trust. So you have this amazing natural motor, imbued with this incredible brain that runs right through your neural network called the body and the heart. Millions of years of evolution are hard-wired into that body of yours. It’s a gift of epic proportions.
Your very DNA is fueled by ancestors that relied on nothing other than instinct and the natural environment to survive. We are rapidly losing our connection to it.

If you can’t race and function in training from your instincts, you can’t race, you can only pace. Life itself without this internal grounding we all possess can be summed up in one word:
Chaos!
It’s paralysis by analysis….Break the pattern with breath-work, conscious movement, stillness, visualisation, and meditation.
Follow the beat of your natural heart and don’t farm it out to a mechanical version that cannot possibly meet your truth. Tune in, don’t tune out.
Listen, don’t ignore. Feel, stop overanalysing.
Learn to trust. Your suspicion is ruining your flow.
Listen to your gut and your instincts like you’d listen to the wind.
Be the tuning fork to your experience, play the music like you mean it.
