This is training's strangest paradox:
When you are no longer bending your body at right angles to appease your lack of self-worth, physical power arrives.
You are no longer bartering your body for fitness or comprising your personal integrity for the goal. Strength comes in the quiet groundedness of self-reclamation.
It comes not through stress and strain but through the deep listening that self-confidence really brings. Stop bargaining with your soul… Power and strength do not arrive through self-sacrifice, they arrive in the flow we call self-awareness.
So you build your inner sanctuary, where your own respect becomes the space where you can ignite your fire without burning all your matches. Then strength arrives, not born of need but created in the fire of your own quiet presence and independence.
A strength that no longer requires your self-sacrifice, that no longer seeks to devour you but rather empowers you. You are no longer reacting to desperation, you are responding and softening into the listening.
By reclaiming yourself, you send a message to existence that you now have what it takes, and trust me, if you don’t have yourself, you don’t have what it takes!
The clinging and gripping gives way and the power channels itself through the non-resistance that you bring.
You cease to victimise yourself….The suck stops being a road block and becomes the doorway and the pathway. What you were unconsciously resisting becomes the actual state that you now not only accept, but you begin to invite.
You are no longer bound by expectation but freed by allowing shit to be as it is.
The projections stop, the resistance ceases, the judgment ends and the power flows through the attention you bring right here, right now.
Take the size 11 out of your arse. Let yourself thrive.
Find your ground.
